Our Process
The first step is to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation in your home. This meeting takes about an hour—we'll discuss your closet needs, review and measure your spaces, assess what you need to store, and look for ways to consolidate storage. A Clozetivity closet often lets you organize and store more in a smaller space. If you've shopped elsewhere or have a design from another company, we can work to give you the best deal too.
We use state-of-the-art software that leverages artificial intelligence. For many standard reach-in or walk-in closets, we can create beautiful designs in just minutes. Customize and adjust your space as we design in real time, with instant pricing and proposals—no waiting. We can also design a fully custom closet in 1–2 days. Fast and fun.
Once you select the design you love, we'll send you a paperless proposal via email or text and you can pay your deposit. We'll order your closets—typically they take 4–6 weeks to arrive. All of our closets are made in North America with high-quality materials. When your closet is ready to install, we'll schedule your Install Day.
Before Install Day, you'll need to remove everything from the closet, remove existing shelving and rods, and repair or paint over any open nail holes. Prep 1–2 days before the install so paint is dry and you have a clean, empty closet on Install Day. We can help you prep or you can do it yourself to save.
We'll unload your closet from our van and set up the space. Our expert installers begin on time and leave your home in excellent, clean condition. Typical installs take one day for a single closet, and 1–2 days if you have multiple closets.
